ABOUT THE DOWN TRODDENCE
The Down Troddence, popularly known as “TDT” is a Groove-Thrash Metal band from Kannur, Kerala.
The band was formed in July 2009 and since then they have been playing in various college fests all around India.

The influence of traditional Kerala folk sounds and instruments is one of the most arresting facets of the band’s music. “Lyrically the band has a strong philosophy of talking about inequalities and injustices which are ever present in India's social and political systems. A common theme in their music is the effort to project the voice of the under-privileged and down-trodden people.”

Their debut album, "How Are You? We Are Fine, Thank You" was released at Metal Factory on the 31st of December, 2013, in Bangalore. It has been produced by Keshav Dhar of Skyharbor fame.
